nightmare.

due to the heavy thinking about the wedding and the preparation and the engagement, i had a nightmare about it last night.

i dreamed that it was my engagement day, the make-up person arrived late. she arrived exactly at the same time wan's family arrived. so she quickly did her job. By the time she's done, i looked into the mirror and see hideousness of her work that made me cry there and then. my tears ruined my make-up.

by the way, she finished doing my make-up two hours after wan's family finished their conversation. they had even finished their food. then when i was ready, with my already hideous make-up which had been ruined by my tears, wan's mum and sister came upstairs into my room and sarung cincin.

and then i woke up this morning with tears all over my face, few seconds later wan gave me a wake up call like he always does and right away i told him the nightmare that i just had.
fuhhh..thank god it was only a nightmare.

tailor utk baju nikah.

Dekat medan mara ada banyak tailor. dlm banyak-banyak tailor dah pernah cuba hantar dekat 3 tailor je. tiga-tiga best tapi antara 3 ni, satu je yg mmg jahit baju pengantin. baju tunang pun hantar kat yang satu ni, dah siap dah pun. sedap pakai!!! dan taklah mahal sangat. since dah pernah puas hati, nanti nak tempah baju nikah, tempah je kat tempat yang sama.. haritu dah survey dekat wangsa maju/setiawangsa/setapak, banyak tailor baju pengantin, harga memang lebih kurang je. tapi since tak pernah try dengan tailor2 ni, takut pula nak testing-testing..baju nikah pula tu, harga kain pun dah nangis!!!!!

kalau baju tak muat..

ada 2 pilihan:

1. try to slim down, a bit

atau

2. pegi alter baju tu..?

with a little support, i can stand up on my own.!!!

someone asked me, when i am going to get married, will i:

1. give my father rm30k (or any reasonable amount) and ask him to organize the event; or
2. ask him to organize, without even giving him the money.

my answer was: NEITHER!

i will not give my father the money and i will not ask him to organize the event for me because i will do it on my own. i will only ask for his support and tiny favours like finding me a jurunikah, invite all jemaah surau and some neighbours personally to the event, asking for free advice and things like that. he (that someone) has the idea that the children will only tell their father that they want to get married on certain date and expect the father to handle everything,.from ordering the food from the caterer, of course the father is expected to pay for it, the canopy etc. etc. to the small small things.

well, i choose to organize it on my own as i wish not to burden my father and mother with the preparation and all. it is enough for them to be there throughout the process, supporting me physically, emotionally, in terms of ideas and opinions and i don't expect financial support, seriously (not that i don't hope for it, i do). pardon me dear someone, don't assume that every "children" can't stand up on their own, because they can, but only when they want to.

persiapan?? OTW!

so far persiapan utk disember ni da makin siap..tinggal baju belum ambil, hantaran tengah gubah..selepas tu bley goyang kaki tunggu je tarikh tu sampai,,

pelik pulak rasanya..time utk prepare majlis tunang bukan main lama..padahal, masa utk prepare majlis sanding terpendek sangat pulak.sempat.sempat..insyaallah.

25!!

i always know that 25 is a significant number to me..

here is the good part: i am getting married during my 25 years of age!

the better part is: since wan and i are of the same age, wan's marrying age is also 25!! and

the best part is: my wedding day is going to be on one of the "25th" in 2011!!!

chocolate fountain!

should i get the chocolate fountain for my wedding?? i love it sooooo much..but it will cost me RM300 (RM350 if i confirm after the pameran pengantin tamat!..3 days from now)...

RM300 (or RM350) inclusive of:

1. the chocolate fountain itself;
2. 100 sticks of strawberry; and
3. 100 sticks of marshmellow.

but i forgot to ask the quantity of the chocolate..hmm.
