dear reader,

this entry is just for u (yes, u!) sorry to inform u that i can't update this blog for the time being because as all of u know, this week is my wedding week. there are a lot of things i wanna share with u, a lot of photos too..but i can't find the time..

tomorrow will be my wedding at wan's side..the final wedding..so today and a few days after tomorrow, i will not be available to provide u with updates..soooo sorryy! but after everythings go calm again, i'll write u lot of entries oke? and photos too, i won't forget..

btw, u are aware that this is a wedding blog right? thus, there will be an ending soon to this blog..*sadness*.. but until then, i hope u'll look forward of reading all about the wedding!

rama-rama

dalam perut saya ada rama-rama besar (there is a big butterfly in my stomach).. terasa makin rancak rama-rama tu berjoget bila tgk ticker di atas menunjukkan tinggal 1 hari shj lagi..(cuba tgk tgn pengantin kt ticker di atas,, dah pgg dah..hehe.esok bley pgg tgn wan, tuhan izinkan dah..*senyum*)

mmg mcm ni ke semua bride-to-be akan rasa? haritu masa nk bertunang pun kecut perut..inikan pulak nak nikah.

harini bolehla ckp ayat ni, "esok, saya akan dinikahkan dgn tunang saya" :)

anyway, smlm tok kadi dah kol utk reconfirm time and place of nikah..mak oi garangnya suara tok kadi..gasaklah wan nnti.hehehe, nasib baik org laki yg kene sebut kabul tu nnti..nasib baik org perempuan tak payah ckp apape selain "setuju!"..always remember awin, sebut "setuju" nanti sopan2, oke?

inai 1st round dah pakai..pelamin dah pasang..i'm telling myself, "this is really happening", tapi kenapalah sampai harini still rasa mcm mimpi??

semalam dan hari ni berderet pulak org ckp tak bley dtg to my wedding..nak tahu apa perasaan saya? sedih sgt2. like seriously. i know that they have reasons..tp still..kwn2 saya tak mau dtg wedding saya! :(

from now on, if i can't attend someone's wedding, i should not tell her a day or two days before her wedding..because i don't want them to be devastated, like me. :(((((..skrg saya terus takot mau baca sms dr kwn2, msg kt inbox facebook and especially wall kt event facebook.sbb saya takot terbaca msg "mazuin, sory..." :(( dah la tak usah fikir. mari kita fikir tentang keseronokan esok :)..

so, what's happening today? wedding cake sampai..bunga sampai, bley buat hntaran, n hias bilik pengantin..oh yess.."isi" utk doorgift juga smpai hari ni..at least one of them..:) lg satu esok br smpai..

kwn2 yg nk tolong2, mlm ni tak pyh dtg pun takpe, esok lepas nikah stay smpai mlm laaa..sbb esok lah byk benda nk buat :)

i love u perempuan2 ku, ur here when i need u the most,, i'll balas budi kamuorg bila "hari" kamuorg masing2 smpai nnti ye?

1. borang 1 - 2 salinan
(kena dpt kan pengesahan imam di kariah masing2)

requirements yg perlu:
1. HIV Test
2. Kursus Kahwin

documentation yg perlu fotostat:
1. i.c. - 1 salinan
2. sijil kursus kahwin - 1 salinan
3. i.c. ayah (atau wali) - 1 salinan
4. surat nikah parents - 1 salinan

kepilkan semua dokumen di atas dan dokumen tunang anda (yg dah lengkap) dan hantar ke pejabat agama utk dptkan borang hijau tu...!

dah dpt borang hijau, either keep it or imam kariah anda akan simpan sehingga tarikh nikah, oke?

"Agama" termasuk dalam "Senarai Negeri" di bawah Perlembagaan Malaysia, maknanya, "agama" adalah di bawah bidangkuasa Kerajaan Negeri. Semua perkara tentang agama diuruskan oleh Kerajaan Negeri, termasuklah perkahwinan dan daftar perkahwinan. (Semoga terjawab persoalan anda wahai cik A.. yang comel)

Bagi kawan2 Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, borang bley print dari website ni ye,..:

Dan bagi kawan2 Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur juga, borang HIV tu kenalah bawa ke klinik semasa nak buat HIV test nanti. Medical Officer di Klinik Jinjang kata selama dia bertugas buat HIV test untuk couple2 ni, dia hanya pernah nampak borang HIV Jawi je, Jais memang tak ada. Jadi peeps, check la di Pejabat Agama Negeri Masing2 ye? sekian.

cuti.

awal bulan februari:

selasa - 1 februari - hari wilayah
khamis&jumaat - 3 & 4 februari - raya cina

kalau ambil cuti 2 hari iaitu isnin dan rabu, dpt cuti straight 9 hari termasuk sabtu ahad..coolness..

TETAPI.. soal yang perlu diambilkira ialah, perlu ke cuti? kalau tak perlu, save 2 hari tu, simpan utk cuti kahwin..oke?

kesimpulan: saya tak cuti :(

HIV test

it was a very long day and a tiring one,, this story is going to be a bit lengthy, so bare with me.

it's a public holiday for n9 today, since it's so hard to ask wan to cuti, when he is actually cuti, i purposely took cuti so that we can take care of some errands that needed to be done during office hours.

one of which is taking the HIV TEST. The results will be valid only for 6 months, that's why i didn't do it any sooner. The day before i asked my sister, what should i bring along to the clinic tomorrow? and she said that i should have downloaded and printed a HIV form from JAWI's website, bring that along. since i asked only after i get home, and the next day, i cuti already, so i didn't have the chance to print it for free at the office. no printer and an expired internet connection at home.!

luckily our appointment with the clinic was during the afternoon, 2.45pm onwards. so today, while we were in shah alam, we went to the famously-known-among-uitm-students-cyber-cafe "MUTIARA" at section 2 shah alam. their connection was sh*tty..lembab giler..so we went to another cybercafe next door, within 15minutes, we were able to print out all the online forms (marriage application forms) including HIV test form. since we were printing a lot of forms relating to marriage application, the cybercafe staff wished us "Selamat Pengantin Baru!" hahahahah..he's so sweet..:)

mine was settled, everything is there to be downloaded in JAWI's website, but wan's (since he lives in Selangor, he has to go to JAIS' website) but no form for HIV is available to be downloaded because they made it available in Jab Agama Islam only for one reason being: we need to pay RM10 for it..!

it was already 12.45 in the afternoon, of course all government offices were already close, plus, it's friday, they would re-open their counters as late as 2.45pm!..how? our appointment was on 2.45..if we cancel today's appointment, God knows when wan will cuti again!.

through the website, we came to know the nearest Jab Agama Islam Selangor branch near us are: one in Kuang and another in Keramat.. not very near though..*sigh* since i know Keramat area better than i know Kuang, we planned to go there and get the form and then go straight to Jinjang..(thank god they built DUKE highway!!!)

so we went to Keramat. 2.45pm, wan asked the counter and they said that the form was not available here, u can simply go to the clinic and fill the form there!..argghhh!!..b**i...hahaha..

so i drove straight to clinic Jinjang. we arrived there around 3.15pm..it was an oke timing, thank god.

there, both of us needed to fill three forms. Since we've made an appointment, we didn't have to wait too long..Klinik Jinjang sangat pantas! When i dropped our forms to the Medical Officer, he asked for the JAWI HIV downloaded form..he then told me that only JAWI provides HIV form, while other states don't..hahahhahaha..sakettttttt hati ini kena main dgn JAIS..

after 20minutes, we've got the results, the results being...WE CAN GET MARRIED! yey..maknanya negative la..heheh..(that medical officer also wished us "Selamat Pengantin Baru" hehehe..sungguh happy saya ni)

to sum up, here are the facts that i have learned today that i want to share with you people who haven't gone through HIV TEST hassle..:)

~ JAWI provides HIV test form, JAIS doesn't

~ for bakal pengantin who resides in KL and Selangor u can download every marriage-related forms in JAWI and JAIS websites

~ HIV test results valid only for 6 months, so u can do it 6 months prior to ur nikah date and not sooner than that

~ klinik kerajaan hanya charge RM1 untuk test tersebut, most (or all?) klinik kerajaan offers HIV test services (bwk GL, dpt free yahooo!)

~ all klinik kerajaan in KL yg buat HIV test, hanya buat HIV test after lunch hour, 2.30pm everyday except friday 2.45pm, and please, make an appointment!

~ result dpt within 20minutes or less

as a conclusion, do your homework, ask around about it before u go through it,,, malu bertanya sesat jalan, mcm kami..hahaha

majlis bertunang went pretty well, alhamdulillah..
enough rest, it's time to move on to the next 3 big big big events!

OMG..i don't have much time left.

three months before the wedding, i have taken care of the big big things, like pelamin, baju, caterer, canopy, photographer, make-up..but i couldn't care less about the small small things like the door gift, the theme for hantaran, barang hantaran etc. etc.

three months = 12 saturdays and 12 sundays.
since december is closing so soon, i have filled my January planner with plans..see below

the yellow ones are confirmed events while the pink one is a "maybe-i-will-attend" events. i initiated the tioman plan recently, but i was forgetting the fact that my close cousin is getting married on the same weekend.OMG. i don't want to disappoint my beautiful friends by removing the event to any other date that they may not be free. plus, do i have other dates? let's check out my February planner.
macam free kan? but bear in mind ada 4 saturdays & 4 sundays only on february..and i am organizing two weddings!!! March?the pink highlighted boxes are my confirmed wedding dates.!.. march, i have 3saturdays& 3sundays.

if you count the amount of weeks i have left (only FREE weeks, not counting the unFREE ones), i have only 7saturdays&7sundays left. suntuk!!

kursus kahwin - when sunday sessions are over,

syukur alhamdulillah, i (i mean "we", wan and i) have finished it..yeaahhhh!!! i am relieved.

my comments are as follows:

- all of the lecturers were interesting, knowledgeable and well experienced. they were NOT some cliche-boring-old-malay-people that can put u to sleep., seriously, provided that u were really listening.

- the food is just fine. i did not have any complaint whatsoever.

one advice:

for those of u who haven't attend this course, u better plan to attend within this month or next because they (orang pejabat agama) said that they want to revise the syllabus that could cause the course to be prolonged. previously it was only a one-day course, now it is a two-day course, maybe next year, the course will be prolonged to three or four days..so u people out there, think about it, it's a one time thing, the certificate is going to be valid forever, so even though u are not planning to get married within this year or next, it wouldn't hurt if u could attend it now.!

kursus kahwin - when saturday sessions are over,

i'm attending kursus kahwin @ masjid negara this week. interesting and informative, but the hours are quite long. the lecturers so far (for saturday sessions) were interesting, knowledgeable and well experienced. can't wait to attend tomorrow's sessions (and get it over with). here are the details that i would want to share:

saturday: 2.30-6.45ptg
sunday: 8.30-6.45ptg
fee: RM80
classroom: oke
lecturers: excellent (saturday sessions)
food: provided, but yet to be tasted since they only serve lunch on sundays. minum ptg untuk sabtu bersifat alakadar
pen&papers: provided
document for registration: photostated i.c. & don't forget to write ur phone number on the paper!
